Prepare a medical equipment quotation request
A useful quotation starts with the product family, intended workflow and the configuration your team needs. This checklist helps procurement and clinical teams prepare the same brief for NTN.
1. Define the requirement
State the department, product group, functions needed, quantity and whether this is a new installation or a replacement. A group name alone may describe several different configurations.
2. Describe existing equipment
For endoscopy, list the existing processor, light source, cables and connectors. For table-mounted equipment or lighting, include mounting and room information. Ask for written confirmation of compatibility.
3. Request a complete scope
Ask the quotation to identify the proposed model, included components, optional accessories and consumables. Request separate confirmation of installation, training, delivery, warranty and maintenance terms.
4. Supply project details
Include the organization, installation location, purchasing contact, required delivery period and any existing specification or TOR. NTN can then check the product information needed for the enquiry.
