How the website prepares enquiries and counts contact-link clicks.
Contact forms and email links
The contact form opens your email application with a prepared message. You review and send it there. The click-statistics endpoint does not receive the form fields or message text.
Aggregate click counts
The website counts catalog requests, email clicks, phone clicks, prepared enquiries and manufacturer-source clicks. The statistics database stores daily totals by event, brand, product area and target department; it does not store IP addresses, names, email addresses or message content, and uses no tracking cookie. Hosting providers may maintain separate technical access logs.
